Kathy Frumoff was born in Montréal, Canada, and raised in the Northern Illinois area. She studied elementary education, and vocal music education at Carthage College, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, IL. She received a B.S. in Elementary Education, and a B.M.E. in Vocal Music Education.
Kathy is married, and has three children, and two dogs. She enjoys reading, singing, and painting and going to the beach in her free time.
